Debbie Churchill

Debbie has served Tapestry and its predecessor companies for more than 25 years, advancing through key leadership roles including operations, program management, and portfolio leadership prior to being named President in 2019. Her “North Star” for Tapestry is to remain laser-focused on being a trusted partner to our customers and teammates—through execution excellence, responsiveness, and embracing their challenges as our own. Debbie and her husband Greg have two children and three grandchildren and enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Tricia Simon

Tricia joined Tapestry as CFO in September 2025, prior to that she spent 28 years in various roles in Accounting, Finance and Leadership at Boeing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Rockhurst (College) University and a MBA from Lindenwood University. Tricia currently leads the Finance, Accounting, Contracts and Supply Chain teams at Tapestry. Outside of work, she enjoys the lake life which includes camping, fishing, playing cards, spending time with friends and being the best mom to her very spoiled dog, Java Bean.

Karen Rice

A strategic and insightful business leader with over 30 years of expertise in Human Resources, she has successfully navigated diverse industries, including retail, banking, hospitality, transportation, engineering, and technology. Known for her ability to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture, she is dedicated to implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive optimal people experiences while aligning with overarching business goals and objectives. Her extensive experience allows her to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of the business. She is passionate about cultivating inclusive environments that empower employees and promote collaboration.

She earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University and holds the prestigious designations of SHRM-SCP and SPHR. As a thought leader in the field, she is committed to continuous learning and development, ensuring that her strategies remain innovative and effective in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Kurt Meidel

Kurt transitioned to a career with Tapestry after serving 25 years in the Air Force, including two stints as a commander, and headquarters assignments in US Transportation Command and Air Mobility Command. Since joining Tapestry in 2015, he has served as Program Manager, Portfolio Director, and Strategy Director prior to his current role. Kurt and his wife Deb have three children and a precious granddaughter. In their spare time they love to travel and play as much golf as they can squeeze in.

George Zdravecky

George has been with Boeing Global Services for over 10 years working in aerospace software and digital transformation for flight operations and fleet sustainment solutions. He has experience with Executive Leadership for Software Companies, Business Strategy, Product Development, Mobility solutions, Program Management, Business Process Improvement, and Global Scaled Agile Software Development Management. Most recently, George is leading the BGS Tapestry Solutions team to develop and deliver industry-leading military fleet sustainment solutions.

Tim Jackson

With over 24 years of experience in Defense Contracting, Tim Jackson blends his technical background in Electrical & Computer Engineering (BS, Southern Illinois University, 2002), with his experience in Program Management and Capture Management to lead Tapestry’s Logistics/Command & Control (C2) portfolio. Tim joined the Tapestry team in 2017 and leads a diverse portfolio of defense programs for USTRANSCOM as well as commercial licensed products for defense and commercial customers. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) that is focused on solving complex problems and standing in the gap for customers. He is married with 4 children and loves serving in his church, working out with his F3 men’s group, and watching St. Louis Blues hockey.

Jeff Mintzlaff

Experienced business and military leader with over 40 years of service (28 as an Air Force Pilot; 12 as DoD contractor). Possesses incredible depth and breadth of experience as Director of Mission Planning and a retired AF Colonel. Strategic thinker and teambuilder with excellent communication and program management skills. Possesses an innate ability to distill complex problems into salient tasks and provide solutions. Prides himself on customer service and delivering critical capability to our warfighters.
