Mercury Workmaster is a versatile, highly configurable web-based real-time collaboration tool. Mercury provides a flexible information exchange capability for the horizontal and vertical sharing of information, while providing a means for tracing the decision-making process through the entire execution thread. These attributes make it useful not only in an Operations Center environment, but in any environment where people must share and track information, make decisions, and record results.

Mercury's forms-based approach reduces repetitive data input, and provides standardization across the enterprise. The simplicity of Mercury allows for a brief training and familiarization period. User-defined business rules can be easily built into customized forms to facilitate multi-agency workflow processes. Mercury is a fully featured Content Management System with quick and advanced search features, data archiving and retrieval, access controls driven by user permissions, the ability to attach files and documents, auditing and versioning, and an automated email capability.
