The Entry Form is reached by clicking the hyperlink in an entry in the Entry List.
The form is created by Logbook managers and customized according to user requirements. A Logbook entry form is an HTML page containing the fields appropriate to the task at hand.
An entry may be created and saved.
Once saved, it may be edited by other users with appropriate permissions.
All edited versions of the entry are recorded with the latest version displayed on the form.
Entries may be unposted to an online archive for future research.
