SAN DIEGO, CA Mar. 24, 2008 Tapestry Solutions, Inc. (Tapestry) is teaming with L-3 Communications, the prime contractor, on the U.S Marine Tactical Video Capture System (TVCS) contract valued at $326 million. Tapestry™ will integrate L-3Com Praetorian’s video capture and storage functionality with Tapestry™ After Action Review (AAR) System to provide the Marines near real-time video for Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) training.  

The AAR functionality designated TVCS-WS will enable users to view multiple events simultaneously, to analyze information more quickly with the training audience in the field, and to help improve users'' situational awareness by visually reviewing the training event. It will provide an instant replay to Marines training in a MOUT environment.
