Ms. Young has over twenty years of broad human resources experience.  Suzanne is responsible for Tapestry Solutions’ overall human resources functions to include employee relations, compensation and performance management, policy and procedures, benefits, organizational compliance and development, recruitment and retention, and all other human resource functions and strategy.  Suzanne’s prior experience has been in the aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, and hi-tech industries.  She has successfully developed and grown the human resources functions in several organizations.  Suzanne has extensive experience in strategic planning, labor relations, corporate planning, legal compliance and avoidance of litigation, benefits management, and strong coaching and counseling skills.  Suzanne received a BS of Business Administration with a concentration in personnel management from Oregon State University.  She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRÒ) Certification in 1999.  Suzanne also serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization, Partnerships in Community Living that specializes in the care of those who are mentally and physically disabled.  She has held the Chairman role for 12 years.
