Mr. Kam has twelve years of experience in the modeling and simulation of complex physical systems and military logistics simulations and command and control systems. Prior to joining Tapestry Solutions, he studied the dynamics of pattern formation in liquid crystals and cellular growth, using both analytic and numerical simulation techniques. He has been published in the journals of the American Physical Society (Physical Review and Physical Review Letters). He joined Tapestry Solutions in 1998 as a software engineer working in logistics simulations, led the transition of development efforts to Command and Control Systems. Currently, he heads the Technology and Technical Services groups, which include information assurance, company IT, engineering, product design and architecture, testing, software quality assurance, and configuration management. Royce holds a Ph.D. in Physics (Non-Linear Dynamics and Complex Systems) from the University of California – San Diego and a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Hawaii – Manoa.
